Background and Education
Bruce R. Fuhrer received degrees from Stanford University (B.A. Economics, 1977) and Loyola Law School (J.D., 1981), Dean’s List, Trial Advocacy and other honors. Memberships include Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Litigation Section. He is licensed by the California State Bar since 1981 and has lectured to members including the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.

Former Counsel for Opposition
Prior to formation of the firm in 1994, Mr. Fuhrer was legal counsel on behalf of defendants and insurers for 13 years, at large law firms, involving cases often of multimillions of dollars and civil litigation throughout Southern California.

Clients are therefore provided with an asset of more than a decade of former experience as defense counsel, having represented the opposing side and their perspective, in similar types of cases, often resulting in enhanced strategic solutions.

Combined with decades of representation since then on behalf of those who have been injured or damaged, Mr. Fuhrer’s sum total of plaintiff plus defense litigation experience spans approximately 30 years.
